Terms of sale.
These terms apply to purchases from Broad Arrow Watchworks Ltd (company number 16823788, registered in England & Wales, Vulcan Works, Unit 24, Northampton, England NN1 1EW).
Condition & authenticity
Every watch is inspected in-house and sold with a written condition report. We describe condition honestly — including polished cases, service parts and replacement components — and we stand behind every description. All watches are guaranteed genuine; if any watch we sell is shown not to be authentic, we will refund it in full at any time.
Deposits & reservations
Watches priced at £2,000 or above are reserved with a deposit (typically £500), with the balance settled by bank transfer. A reservation holds the watch for you; if you decide not to proceed before the balance is paid, your deposit is returned.
Warranty
Watches serviced by us carry a 12-month mechanical warranty covering timekeeping and the movement. It does not cover water ingress, accidental damage, or wear to cosmetic parts.
Your statutory rights
As a UK consumer buying at a distance you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the watch — see our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Draft for review — confirm final wording (including margin-scheme invoicing language) with your accountant and solicitor before launch.
