§03 — The inspection
Every watch ships with its papers.
No stock photos, no “good for age”. Every piece crosses our bench before it crosses the counter, and leaves with a structured condition report — eight fields, honestly filled in.
- Honest means honest. Polished cases, service parts and replacement bracelets are stated plainly — never buried.
- Sold pieces stay published. The archive is our track record — reports and all.
- 12-month mechanical warranty on every serviced watch we sell.

§04 — Servicing
Send your watch to the bench.
Each watch is treated as a piece of living history — our goal is to tread lightly in everything we do.
§05 — The mark
For three centuries the broad arrow was struck into everything the Crown stood behind — rifle stocks, ration tins, and the dials of military watches. It meant one thing: inspected, and accounted for.
We put our name to the same mark. Based in the Northamptonshire countryside with a small team of accredited watchmakers and horologists, Broad Arrow Watchworks exists because good watches — vintage, neo-vintage or modern — deserve better than “sold as seen”.
