Your 14-day right

Buying at a distance, you may cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the day you receive the watch, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (hello@thebroadarrow.com) within that period, then return the watch within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of returns

The watch must come back in the condition it left us — with its condition report, any box and papers, and unaltered (no resizing, no polishing, no opened case backs). You are responsible for the watch until it reaches us: use insured, tracked shipping (Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK) and pack it as we packed it for you.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the watch back, to the original payment method. Deposits on reserved watches are returned in full if you choose not to proceed before paying the balance.

Servicing work

Servicing is a bespoke service and work agreed after your approval of a quote is not cancellable once begun; the Watch MOT assessment fee covers work already performed.
