- 02 — Send it in. We supply insured-postage guidance, or a full posting pack if you prefer.
- 03 — The audit. Timing in five positions, amplitude, beat error, seals and case — written up as a report with our recommendation.
- 04 — Only the work it needs. You approve everything before we touch the movement. 12-month warranty on full services.
