Broad Arrow Watchworks Ltd (Vulcan Works, Unit 24, Northampton, England NN1 1EW) is the data controller for this site. We collect only what we need to sell watches, service watches, and stay in touch when you ask us to.

What we hold

Enquiries and bookings: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your watch — kept for as long as we trade with you and as required for tax records. Newsletter: your email address, with double opt-in, until you unsubscribe (one click, any email).

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your data for marketing, and we use privacy-friendly analytics that need no cookie banner. Payments are processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time: hello@thebroadarrow.com. You can complain to the ICO if you think we’ve got something wrong.
